A multi-character memory play about an African-American woman who dreams of life beyond the confines of her smalltown Southern upbringing and the light-skinned man whose fate is tragically intertwined with hers. Price: Regularly priced tickets start at $24.50. A season ticket to all six plays will go on sale Mon., April 26 for 30% off the regular price – that's $102.90 per season ticket plus a $10 handling fee per order (whether you purchase one season ticket or 100.) This offer will be valid through Saturday, July 31. As of Aug. 1, the season ticket discount changes to the standard 20%, or $117.60 per season ticket plus a $10 handling fee per order.

Under Florida Statutes 817.36 Resale of Tickets, which took effect July 1, 2009, it is illegal for any person or entity to offer or resell a ticket to any performance at the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center for more than $1 over this nonprofit institution’s originally assigned price. Substantial penalties are in place for violators. All TBPAC tickets are covered by the statute and contain a notice that they cannot be resold for more than their originally assigned face value. To keep our tickets affordable and accessible, violators will be prosecuted.
